Christian is a part-time DBA student in the СŷÊÓƵ Business School at the СŷÊÓƵ.

 

Christian’s research is concerned with exploring the nature of the psychological contract in front line hotel employees in Germany. He hopes to help the industry design more rewarding employment relationships and make the profession a more favourable choice for future job seekers.

 

His supervisors are Professor Lynn Nichol and Dr Robin Bell.

Prior to commencing his DBA, Christian worked in various professional and management positions in hospitality projects in Asia and Europe, gaining first-hand experience of the challenges faced by the industry. He is currently a business consultant specializing in hotel development at based in Kiel, Germany.
